Don't forget to bring all relevant documents related to your property to our meeting. We will need the deed of sale, the loan deed, the mortgage balance, the certificate of location, all the invoices of your renovations done over the years if you have kept them such as windows, repair of a crack, with all the certificates of guarantee available...
I will also need your municipal and school tax bills, your energy bills (hydroquebec, energir, oil or propane filling...).
Also, don't forget to provide me with the list of rental equipment and the monthly or annual fees associated with it, such as the rental contract for your hot water tank.
And if you are in a condo, I will need the declaration of co-ownership, the minutes and financial statements for the last 3 years.
